A cooling and calming tea. Lemongrass is well noted by herbal professionals as a cooling herb and is known to reduce fevers, cleanse as well as enhance immunity. Jasmine is also cooling and is known to calm the nerves and adds a wonderful aroma to the blend. Both herbs are the perfect compliment to the yin energy of white tea. Because there is very little processing with white tea, the caffeine content is low at approximately 15 to 20 mg per cup. Use approx 1 teaspoon (2g) per cup and adjust quantity to suit personal taste.
