This is a natural leaf green tea which is grown in certified organic Chinese tea gardens. It is a stimulating green tea, high in anti-oxidants. It has a fresh, fruity aroma and a clean and slightly astringent palate. Green tea has been shown to have antioxidant effects and antibacterial activity, especially with regards to bacteria in the mouth that can cause gingivitis. Use approx 1 teaspoon (2g) per cup and adjust quantity to suit personal taste.
