Rooibos was popularised by South Africans, who have been making herbal tea from this little red bush for generations. Rooibos comes from the Dutch word rooibosche, which means ‘red bush’. It is most often enjoyed on ice with a slice of lemon and sugar or honey. This refreshing beverage can be enjoyed hot or is ideal served chilled on warm summer afternoons. As with all Rooibos this superb sweet infusion of Red Bush, chunky peaches and natural flavours of cream makes this blend perfect any time of the day as it has no caffeine. A truly delicious Rooibos. Ideal as a dessert beverage. Use approx 1 teaspoon (2g) per cup and adjust to personal taste.
