Wonderful blend of organic herbs : Chamomile, Linden (lime flowers), Lavender blooms, Red Rose Buds, Basil, Marjoram & Valerian. (do not use Valerian if fatigue is also a symptom). May help with signs of anxiety.  Use approx 1 teaspoon (2g) per cup and adjust to personal taste.
