WHAT TYPES OF SHIPPING DO YOU OFFER?

We’re very happy to say we deliver to anything (residential, business, P.O. Boxes and most rural areas), anywhere in Australia. Unless you request otherwise we use good ol’ Australia Post as our preferred courier company. They’re reliable and have been doing shipping and logistics for ages.If your order is urgent we can utilise our courier (at an extra cost)

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

It depends when you order. If it’s before 11AM local time we’ll process and dispatch the next day. Any orders after 11AM will be dispatched within 2 business days. We dispatch every Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

Posties enjoy their weekends and so deliveries from our Mid North Coast HQ will arrive between Monday and Friday within these following time frames:

  • SYDNEY 1-3 business days
  • CANBERRA 2-3 business days
  • ADELAIDE 3-4 business days
  • BRISBANE 3-4 business days
  • TASMANIA 4-5 business days

All other capital cities and remote areas 5-10 business days

We’d love for someone to be home when your parcel arrives. Please provide an address where you, or a friend who’s willing to sign on your behalf, will be. If you aren’t home Australia Post will be so kind as to leave a calling card. They’ll then take your goods to the nearest Post Office and you can make your own arrangements to pick it up from there. Another option is to receive the parcel unsigned. This is not recommended, and any damages or loss will not be our responsibility.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?

Sorry. We only ship within Australia for now.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
